Build/operate SOC; monitor threats; respond to major incidents. Advance security R&D: AI threat intel, vulnerability scanning, pentesting. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years information security and risk mgmt; 5+ yrs CSO in crypto fintech. Proficient in cyber, network, app, data, and blockchain security. Incident response & crisis mgmt; handle major incidents; post-incident reviews. SOC, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, pentesting, encryption, wallet security. Regulatory compliance awareness; FATF/MiCA/SFC; filings.
