Founded by finance and blockchain veterans, the company is building a comprehensive digital asset ecosystem and scaling globally. They are now seeking visionary C-suite leaders to join during this critical growth phase. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy and governance framework. Build data infrastructure and define company-wide metrics and KPIs. Embed AI into trading, compliance, fraud detection, and personalization systems. Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference) to optimize outcomes. Define model risk management and AI governance standards. Qualifications: Master's/PhD in AI, Data Science, or related quantitative field. 10+ years in data/AI roles, with 3+ years in senior leadership. Proven experience deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale. Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies.
