About the Role We are looking for a bold technology leader to define and scale AI architecture for a global holding. You will set the technical direction across multiple companies, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, secure, and built for the future. This is your chance to design the backbone of next-generation AI systems and lead a distributed engineering powerhouse. Responsibilities Define AI platform architecture and multi-agent orchestration standards. Build and oversee data quality, governance, and traceability frameworks. Manage MLOps pipelines, observability, and cloud/GPU resources. Establish security, compliance, and ethical AI standards across the group. Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams to deliver at scale. Collaborate with business and product leaders to align AI strategy with growth. Scout new technologies, vendors, and drive build-vs-buy decisions. Requirements Proven experience implementing AI and scaling ML platforms. Hands-on expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and MLOps. Strong record of leading engineering teams in complex environments. Excellent communication skills, bridging technical depth with executive clarity. Background with leading tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google) is highly valued.
