Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract Responsibilities: 1. Provide application maintenance and production support for CCH Tagetik EPM, ensuring platform availability and stability. 2. Monitor system health, perform preventive/adaptive maintenance, and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. 3. Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and business stakeholders and translate them into functional/technical specifications. 4. Design and implement CCH Tagetik solutions covering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and consolidation. 5. Deliver BAU enhancements, change requests, and project implementations within agreed scope, timelines, and budget. 6. Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution discussions, and stakeholder meetings with business users. 7. Act as a CCH Tagetik Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide functional consultancy and recommendations on EPM solutions. 8. Develop and maintain Tagetik configurations, workflows, calculations, reports, scripts, and data integrations. 9. Manage user security, roles, authorizations, data access, testing, and deployment activities within CCH Tagetik. 10. Establish and maintain best practices, solution standards, architecture, documentation, and continuous improvement for the CCH Tagetik EPM platform. Requirements 1. 5–8 years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik EPM in implementation, development, or application support roles. 2. Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial consolidation. 3. Hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik configuration and solution design. 4. Experience with CCH Tagetik scripting for workflows, automation, custom calculations, logic changes, reporting, and integrations. 5. Strong SQL skills for querying, extracting, and managing data from databases. 6. Experience with data integration using SQL, XML, CSV/flat files, and integration with other enterprise systems. 7. Good understanding of finance/accounting processes, data warehousing, planning, and consolidation. 8. Experience in CCH Tagetik implementation projects, preferably including greenfield implementations and solution design. 9. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CCH Tagetik certification is an advantage. 10. Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective EPM solutions.
