Remote Hospitality Coordinator
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Hospitality Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with coordinating travel accommodations and hospitality services while helping create seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. You’ll research lodging options, prepare travel proposals, organize itineraries, and communicate with clients to ensure every detail is handled with care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, organization, and working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Research hotels, resorts, vacation packages, and travel accommodations based on client preferences
– Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries
– Communicate with clients to gather travel information and respond to general inquiries
– Coordinate with hospitality partners and travel suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests
– Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
– Deliver professional customer service while ensuring a positive client experience
Requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
– Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
– Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
– Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or travel-related experience is a plus but not required
