Remote Entry Level Hotel Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Entry Level Hotel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching hotel accommodations, comparing lodging options, and coordinating reservation details to help create seamless travel experiences. You will work closely with clients and travel partners to ensure accommodations align with traveler preferences, budgets, and schedules.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and helping others plan memorable trips while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Research and recommend hotel accommodations based on client preferences and travel needs
– Prepare and organize quotes, reservation details, and travel documentation
– Communicate with clients to gather information and answer general travel-related questions
– Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests
– Maintain accurate client records and booking information
– Monitor reservation details to help ensure a smooth travel experience
– Deliver professional and responsive customer service throughout the planning process
Requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, web browsing, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
