Canals - ML/AI Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features across core workflows. Develop and maintain LLM-powered systems (agents, retrieval, workflows). Build ML models for classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendations. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, deployment, monitoring. Collaborate with product, operations, and customers to identify AI opportunities. Improve AI infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of software engineering with ML or applied AI. Strong backend fundamentals and scalable production systems. Hands-on shipping ML/LLM-powered products to production. Experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Experience with LLM APIs and tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
