C++ Software Engineer

Tech stack: C++ Embedded systems development Static analysis tools Version control systems (e.g. Git) Debugging tools (low-level / hardware-related) Coding standards (e.g. MISRA or similar) Requirements: Solid commercial experience with C++ (embedded or close-to-hardware development) Experience working on safety-critical or high-reliability systems Strong focus on code quality, readability, and maintainability Practical experience with code reviews, coding standards, and refactoring Testing mindset and experience with validation / verification approaches Ability to work with detailed requirements and specifications Experience collaborating with hardware engineers or cross-functional teams Good English skills (B2 or higher) Ability to work from the Cracow's office in Zabłocie Nice to have: Experience in the medical or regulated industry Familiarity with safety standards and compliance processes Experience with embedded debugging tools and techniques Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Project description: Join a team developing safety-critical embedded software for the medical industry, where quality is treated as a core product feature.
