C# Software Developer (.NET)

Job Description Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: Northwind Robotics does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and support enterprise web applications, working primarily with .NET (Framework and Core, C#). You'll join a cross-functional agile team, collaborating with on-shore and near-shore colleagues, IT stakeholders, and business users to push innovative, modern solutions. Role and responsibilities Design, build, and support enterprise web applications using .NET (Framework & Core) Develop REST services and APIs using ASP.NET MVC / Web API Write automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality Propose and implement innovative technical solutions while following IT policies and best practices Collaborate with on-shore/near-shore teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Contribute to the team's innovation roadmap within an Agile/DevOps environment Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in .NET Core/Framework with C#, ideally within a financial institution Exposure to Front-end (Angular) is a strong plus Solid SQL and relational database skills; Entity Framework a plus Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools: Bitbucket, Jenkins, XL Deploy, SonarQube, Checkmarx, CyberArk, Azure Fluent English (written and spoken), strong communication and collaboration skills Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience Company’s Benefits At Northwind Robotics, we invest in our employees' well-being and empower them with benefits, including: 💵 Competitive salary between USD $100,000 - US$130,000 💸401(k) retirement plan with company matching 🌴15 days of paid vacation per year at hire and up to 27 according to seniority (annual untaken vacation days are cashed out) 📴8 paid holidays + 5 sick days + 2 personal days per year ❤️‍🩹Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA 🦺Voluntary STD and LTD 🚍 Commuter/transit benefits All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
