Business Technology Consultant Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We bring deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, or closely related Adobe Experience Platform journey and campaign tools with a clear path to mastering AJO quickly. We have working fluency across the broader Adobe ecosystem, including CDP, Target, Marketo, tag management, Web SDK, and Customer Journey Analytics, with hands-on depth in more than one area preferred. We demonstrate strong consulting instincts, with the ability to listen carefully, define problems clearly, and influence without formal authority across technical and business partners. We have a proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes, not just implementing tools. We are fast, deep learners who can become platform experts well enough to teach others. We have excellent communication skills and can translate complex technology into clear, actionable guidance. Responsibilities: We serve as the go-to expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, leading onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maturation of the platform. We drive adoption and practical usage, helping marketers use the stack confidently and realize value from our technology investments. We connect the surrounding platforms and use our understanding of how they fit together to ensure AJO works effectively within the wider ecosystem. We identify FAS-specific use cases and guide enterprise technology partners on the relevant features and applications. We shape operational workflows, standards, and practices so the stack runs reliably and scales as we grow. We troubleshoot configuration and execution issues, and we work across engineering, data, and marketing to remove blockers and keep delivery moving. We consult with marketers and enterprise engineering teams, offering a clear point of view on how to get the most from our technology and where to invest next.
