Business Systems Analyst - SAP FICO

📋 Description Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide cost-efficient proposals Create functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional and development teams Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing Support production processes and associated business systems functions Optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions with IT and business teams 🎯 Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications for Understanding of integration of SAP FICO module with other SAP modules and external applications Strong experience with Finance business processes such as GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed Ability to guide and mentor team members Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance
