Salary: $133000 - 142000 per year Requirements: We need 7 to 10 years of experience supporting government agencies or private organizations in an IT, business analyst, or applications development capacity, with FAA or DOT exposure preferred. We require an active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain one immediately. We are looking for deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. We need advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. We expect expert-level experience with Smartsheet, including formulas, automation, and dashboards, as well as Google Workspace and AppSheet. We value a strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data security structures; SQL knowledge is a strong plus. We require excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical government stakeholders and executives. We need strong independent problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. We look for a high attention to detail with a security-focused mindset around data protection, information assurance, and user permissions. We require a bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field. We highly prefer certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Associate, and Smartsheet Product Certified. Responsibilities: We design and deploy low-code business applications with Microsoft Power Apps to streamline and modernize FAA workflows. We configure and oversee complex project tracking, resource planning, and automated alerts in Smartsheet. We automate repetitive processes and enable data transfers across platforms using Power Automate. We architect and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, permissions, and lists to support secure collaboration. We build and support mobile and web applications in Google AppSheet for field and administrative data collection. We manage collaborative environments in Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms, while safeguarding data integrity and cross-agency sharing. We migrate legacy data and document structures into secure, modern cloud environments. We develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau. We clean, transform, and model data from multiple FAA and federal sources to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership. We translate complex datasets into clear visual narratives that meet federal reporting requirements.
