📋 Description Partner with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external stakeholders to understand business needs, define Analyse and map commercial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes and solution designs. 🎯 Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science Interest in data analytics, automation, and digital technologies. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
