Business Solutions Analyst/ Enterprise Analyst/ Product & Business Analyst

Drive digital transformation by turning business needs into innovative solutions that improve processes and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation. Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles. · Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience with process mapping, SDLC, and project management. · Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Business Analysis certification is an advantage.
