FILINVEST COMPANY: Filinvest Business Services Corporation WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (8:00 AM - 5:48 PM) OFFICE LOCATION: NORTHGATE CYBERZONE, ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PROBATIONARY/REGULAR EMPLOYMENT Job Summary: The Business Solutions Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Inventory is responsible for providing functional support, system administration assistance, and process coordination for SCM and Inventory applications. The role ensures that day-to-day supply chain and inventory processes are properly supported by the system, issues are promptly addressed, and business requirements are translated into effective system solutions. The position works closely with Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Finance, Business Units, IT, and external vendors to support system operations, resolve functional issues, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to system enhancements and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day functional support for SCM and Inventory modules, including procurement, receiving, stock movement, and inventory transactions. Monitor and validate transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company processes and controls. Support inventory management and reconciliation, including investigating discrepancies between physical and system records. Assist with system configurations, reference data, and business requirements based on approved processes. Identify and coordinate resolution of system issues, incidents, and service requests with IT teams and external vendors. Work with business users to understand concerns, document requirements, and recommend appropriate system or process solutions. Support system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives, including SIT and UAT. Provide user assistance and training, including preparation of user guides, FAQs, and process documentation. Coordinate with IT and vendors on defects, fixes, testing, and pending issues until resolution. Maintain updated SCM and Inventory documentation and support continuous improvement, process simplification, and better system utilization.
