Job Description Title: Business Rules Analyst Location: New Carrollton, MD Duration: Long Term Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in performing systems analysis for business rules applications 3+ years of experience in performing systems analysis for large scale, complex applications with high performance needs 3+ years of experience IBM Rational Requisite Pro or equivalent requirements management tool Experience with various development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) in Software Development Life Cycle management Experience with documenting and proposing business processes, business flows, and rules Experience in Rule/Decision Analysis (FICO Blaze) Experience designing and developing business object models Experience with Java/J2EE Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong client interaction skills Experience developing detailed requirements documents (i.e. uses cases) Participate in and facilitate workshops/JAD sessions Company Description TechnoGen, Inc.
