Job description:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our US IT Staffing business development initiatives from our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Bench Sales and a proven track record in client acquisition. The role focuses on engaging with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1. The BDM will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic marketing to grow our client base in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through: Cold calling, Email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, Referrals and industry networking
– Identify, target, and engage with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors in the US IT Staffing space.
– Understand client requirements and effectively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC).
– Drive the full sales cycle – from initial contact and requirement gathering to negotiations and deal closure.
– Work closely with Bench Sales and Recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
