Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or testing Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, system design, and software testing Familiarity with database concepts, wireframing tools, and Azure DevOps or equlvalent tools Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate requirements into user stories, functional, and technical specifications Design system flows, wireframes, and database structures Ensure allgnment between business needs and technical solutions Communicate requirements with stakeholders and the development team Maintain project documentation and manage backlog items Create test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria Support SIT, UAT, and system validationactivities Review and valldate dellverables for completeness and accuracy
