Business Analyst - Sharepoint Implementation Specialist (Fixed-Term)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst - SharePoint Implementation Specialist to join us on a 6-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You'll lead SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 initiatives that improve information management, governance and collaboration across the organisation. Working with business, technical and delivery teams, you'll help design practical solutions, drive adoption and support smarter ways of working. About the role You'll play a key role in shaping ProCare's information management environment, leading SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 initiatives from discovery through to implementation and adoption. Working closely with business leaders and teams, Digital, Data & Technology colleagues, Information Security, Privacy and Risk stakeholders, Microsoft 365 specialists, and external delivery partners, you'll analyse current-state information management practices, design scalable information architecture, and deliver solutions that improve how information is stored, managed and accessed across the organisation. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by improving document management, collaboration and information governance practices while supporting the successful adoption of modern Microsoft 365 capabilities. What you'll do Lead discovery workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and information management challenges. Design SharePoint Online information architecture, including sites, document libraries, metadata, permissions and navigation. Lead SharePoint Online implementations and content migration initiatives. Partner with security, privacy and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet governance and compliance requirements. Drive business readiness, adoption and change activities to support successful outcomes. What you'll bring Must have Experience delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 initiatives, with the ability to work across business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder management activities. Strong knowledge of information architecture, document management and governance best practices. Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions. Confidence engaging and collaborating with business, technical and vendor stakeholders. Strong delivery, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with file share migrations, content remediation or enterprise document management programmes. Nice to have Knowledge of information governance, records management, privacy or compliance practices. Exposure to Microsoft Purview, retention policies, sensitivity labels or Data Loss Prevention. Experience supporting organisational change, business readiness and user adoption. Familiarity with Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
