Business Analyst / Project Manager AVP

Salary: $128000 - 131000 per year Requirements: We expect strong experience with business analysis and project management across technology and infrastructure initiatives. We need experience gathering, documenting, and evaluating requirements, including support for user acceptance testing. We look for familiarity with the systems development life cycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment. We require experience managing scope, stakeholder expectations, risks, controls, and governance in complex change initiatives. Responsibilities: We develop and steer project plans for technology and infrastructure programmes. We coordinate the definition of product scope, business requirements, and user acceptance testing. We analyse, design, test, and support deployment activities across the SDLC. We partner with product and development teams on new product and content enhancements. We review existing processes and manage implementation of current business processes and tools. We gather requirements, prepare documentation, and provide recommendations for improvements. We present findings and proposals to stakeholders to support large-scale process enhancements. We troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting our infrastructure, technology, and operations. We oversee the planning, launch, and execution of banking projects. We provide direction to technical teams and act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams. We prepare detailed project plans, assess business impact at each stage, and track progress against timelines, quality targets, and budget. We manage scope and client expectations throughout the software or project lifecycle. We train stakeholders and team members on internal products, services, and new or updated solutions. We assess business readiness, support change initiatives, and help ensure successful implementation and adoption. We work with Client Readiness, Operational Readiness, and Tech Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into BAU. We review readiness plans, status updates, risks, issues, and dependencies with change delivery managers. We guide stakeholders so they have the knowledge and capabilities needed to implement change successfully.
