Business Analyst, Cybersecurity

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: 7+ years of experience in a relevant functional area or across multiple business functions Bachelors degree in business, management, or a related discipline; or 10+ years of experience in place of a degree Proven background in project management, process improvement methods such as Six Sigma, and leadership Familiarity with tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA Current and active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph Ability to remain stationary for about 50% of the workday and move around the office as needed Responsibilities: Research and combine information from multiple sources to prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations Lead business process re-engineering efforts using advanced metrics and performance measures to improve workflows and measure mission outcomes Write, coordinate, and review policies and strategic guidance so directorate activities align with agency goals and performance reviews Act as the primary action officer for key initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from resource planning and Integrated Master Schedule upkeep to final delivery Apply subject matter expertise in Records & Information Management, IT/Cybersecurity strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk Management Support IT audit work, including FISMA-related evidence review and findings tracking, while helping lead Continuity of Operations and Business Continuity Planning Facilitate senior-level coordination across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense to manage requirements, resolve issues, and build consensus Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives and promote continuous improvement Technologies: Support JIRA Security IMS More: We are working with MANTECH to hire a motivated, career- and customer-focused Business Analyst, Cybersecurity for our Springfield, VA team.
