JD Key Responsibilities: BusinessAnalysis & Requirements Management Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements. Perform impact assessments and analyze the "to-be" business and operational processes based on agreed requirements. Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives. Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep. Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests. FunctionalDesign & Solution Alignment Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness. Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements. Testing Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team. Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution.
