Business Analyst

Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, system analysis/design, process analysis and stakeholder management . Strong experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, product playbooks/runbooks and onboarding guides . Hands-on experience supporting UAT, test planning, test cases and defect resolution . Minimum 2 years’ experience in system analysis & design + Java training/certification , OR 1+ year of system analysis/design experience in MINDEF/SAF Java EE projects . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
