Business Analyst

PROJECTJoin a Data Change Management team responsible for delivering complex business, technology, data, and process changes across the organization.As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Programme and Project Managers, business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and IT teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and support change throughout the full project lifecycle – from initial analysis and solution design through testing, implementation, and adoption.YOU WILLLead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, stakeholder discussions, and process observationAnalyse and document business requirements, user stories, and requirements cataloguesAnalyse customer journeys, business processes, and product functionality to identify gaps and recommend improvementsWork closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure project delivery is aligned with the wider change portfolio and strategy.Cooperate with Solution Architects and IT teams to support technical analysis and solution definition.Translate business requirements and user stories into solution designs together with business and technology teams.Support projects throughout the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering and analysis through design, testing, implementation, and deploymentCoordinate and track testing activities and outcomesSupport implementation and business readiness, including training, RACI definition, and adoption activitiesManage relationships with stakeholders and senior management across different markets and business areasSupport project governance, ensuring decisions and changes are properly documented and communicatedProvide leadership within projects, helping set expectations and monitor delivery progressContribute to the development and adoption of Business Analysis and Change Management best practices across the organizationUse approved AI tools to support analysis and delivery, including summarising workshops, drafting requirements and user stories, identifying gaps and risks, and preparing stakeholder-ready materialsEnsure appropriate governance, data privacy, and human validation when using AI-generated outputsMUST HAVEStrong experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation projectsHands-on experience with requirements elicitation and documentationExperience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviewsAbility to create and manage business requirements and user storiesExperience analysing business processes, customer journeys or product functionalityExperience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and deploymentExperience working closely with both business and technology teamsAbility to translate business needs into requirements that can be used by technical teamsExperience supporting solution design, testing, and implementationStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholdersVery good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively across multiple teams, markets, and business areasNICE TO HAVEExperience working within Data Change Management, data transformation, or data-related programmesExperience supporting business readiness, adoption, and trainingKnowledge of RACI and change governance frameworksExperience working closely with Solution ArchitectsExperience contributing to or developing Business Analysis / Change Management best practicesExperience providing leadership or coordination within project teamsPractical experience using AI tools to support Business Analysis activities, such as requirements drafting, workshop summarisation or gap/risk identificationExperience working in large, international or highly regulated organizationsOUR OFFERThe relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport card; Life insurance
