Business Analyst

Summary The Technical Business Analyst acts as a vital link between business stakeholders and development teams, focusing on supporting the Funds Platform specifically for Transfer Agency (TA) processes. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with business subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the Funds Platform, with a focus on Transfer Agency processes. Translate business needs into clear IT requirements, user stories, and test scenarios using Agile methodologies and Jira. Propose and evaluate solution options in collaboration with solution architects, considering existing systems, tools, and market innovations (including AI). Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Support or lead project management activities such as stakeholder coordination, meetings, and milestone tracking. Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes. Participate in functional testing, production incident analysis, and post-implementation user support. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization. Actively participate in the Business Analyst Chapter and share best practices. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency processes (investor servicing, transaction processing, regulatory requirements). Experience with industry tools (e.g., Multifonds TA, Fenergo). Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting. Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence. Nice to Have Knowledge of system integration and data migration. Familiarity with AI tools. Ability to write structured documentation and user stories. Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach. Other Details Reporting Line: Chapter Lead Business Analysts.
