Salary: $56,160 - 62,400 per year Requirements: We require 2+ years of experience in payments or financial services, or 4+ years in place of formal education. We value experience working with acquirers, issuers, processors, gateways, or other network participants. We need the ability to interpret program documents, contracts, and technical specifications. We expect working knowledge of APIs, system connectivity concepts, and batch file processing. We look for experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Blueworks, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet. We need strong troubleshooting ability to research and resolve technical transaction issues. We require effective client communication, organization, planning, and presentation skills. We look for a solid problem-solving mindset and close attention to compliance obligations. We require a high school diploma or GED; a bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities: We onboard assigned issuers, issuer processors, program managers, and network partners to the Discover Network. We act as the primary operations contact and trusted advisor for acceptance and transaction processing matters. We maintain ongoing compliance with network rules, regulations, agreements, and program documents. We research, respond to, and monitor compliance, risk, and escalation items for assigned participants. We partner with sales and internal stakeholders on new programs and operational readiness. We coordinate certification and release activities to confirm adherence to rules and specifications. We help resolve acceptance and processing issues by working with partners and internal teams. We contribute to analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position serves as a key operations contact for assigned clients and works in EST hours, with communication primarily handled through email and conference calls.
