Business Analyst & Product Owner

Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner who can bridge business and technology teams and drive digital product delivery from requirements gathering through implementation. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements . Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows . Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and priorities. Collaborate with developers, QA, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Lead UAT, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release activities . Monitor project/product progress and ensure timely delivery of requirements. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions aligned with business needs. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role . Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and product/project delivery . Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools . Knowledge of UAT, SDLC, user story mapping, and backlog management . Background in digital products, e-commerce, insurance, fintech, or other technology-driven industries is a plus.
