Your Skills and Experience Must-have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related areas. 1–3+ years of experience as BA/SA in software development or accounting system implementation. Understanding of key accounting concepts such as financial reports, AP/AR, tax calculation, reconciliation. Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, data validation, and problem analysis. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-have Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Agile methodology. Experience working with ERP/Accounting Software, e-commerce settlement rules, or digital finance systems. Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and data analysis workflows.
