Your mission? 🚀
We’re looking for a Solution Engineer with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platformto enhance our internal business systems and streamline processes. As part of our Business Solutions team within IT, you'll be at the forefront of developing and scaling applications that support our rapid, M&A-driven growth and cross-Nordic operations.
As a Senior Solution Engineer -- AI & Automations, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our core applications are well‑integrated, leverage state‑of‑the‑art AI capabilities, and align with strategic business goals. In this role, you will also drive the continued roll‑out and adoption of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform across the commercial organization, designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions that support the needs of a growing Nordic SaaS leader. You will report to the Team Manager of Business Applications and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics.
💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
– Deploying AI-based capabilities to optimize business processes and modernize our application landscape using e.g. CoPilot Studio, Claude, etc.
– Building and maintaining automations and integrations using:
– Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
– Azure Integration Services
– Collaborating with business stakeholders, solution managers, and vendors to translate needs into measurable technical solutions
– Supporting the further strengthening of our core business applications, especially of Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 FO
– Leading migration projects (especially in M&A contexts) by replacing legacy systems with Power Platform‑based solutions
– Maintaining, documenting, and improving existing automations and integrations for scalability and reusability.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Norway. You’ll join a supportive, professional team that values collaboration and personal growth. We work in a flexible hybrid model, with colleagues located in Finland, Norway and Sweden. Ready to make an impact? 💥
We’re looking for a driven, solutions‑oriented professional with solid Microsoft Power Platform experience, ready to shape our business‑critical systems and drive intelligent automation forward. To succeed in this role:
– You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
– You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps)
– You have experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agents (strong plus)
– You’re familiar with Dynamics 365 CE & FO, Dataverse, relational databases, and Microsoft Fabric
– You’ve successfully delivered process automations, integrations, and data migration projects
– You enjoy collaborating in a cross-Nordic environment and creating business impact through technology
– You’re fluent in English
