Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions. Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design & Technical Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact. Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud-based solutions, infrastructure, and services. Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements perspective. Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution. Project Support: Assist project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and risk identification. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks related to requirements. Your Skills and Experience Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in software development (e.g., as a Software Engineer, Developer). 3 years of dedicated experience as a BRSE or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst) focusing on requirements gathering and analysis. 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud AWS/GCP/Azure Essential Soft Skills: Strong Japanese language skills (N2+ or higher) are essential. English proficiency is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus. Understanding database concepts and SQL. Basic understanding of API integrations and web services.
