About the Opportunity
We’re looking for organized, customer-focused individuals who love travel and enjoy helping others create unforgettable experiences. As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you’ll assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family trips, honeymoons, group travel, and more—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities:
\-Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs. -Research and recommend travel options including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. -Coordinate bookings through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms. -Maintain accurate client records and booking details. -Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel. -Stay informed on destination updates, travel trends, and supplier promotions. -Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications: -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Strong organizational and time management abilities. -Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms. -Self-motivated and able to work independently. -Passion for travel and helping others. -Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
