Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver BI projects. Provide data-driven insights on growth, risk, and compliance. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years BI experience; 3+ years leading BI teams; fintech crypto preferred. Proficient in Tableau/Power BI/Looker; data modeling and visualization. Strong data warehouse, ETL, data quality; lead BI builds. Knowledge of FATF, MiCA; regulatory BI for compliance. SQL proficient; Python/R preferred; complex analyses. Leadership: build and coach BI team; cross-department. English and Chinese communication; stakeholder alignment.
