BI Fullstack Developer with Power BI and Looker (Enterprise)

What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement complex PBI dashboards and reporting solutions. Develop and optimize Looker reports and data models. Utilize Google BigQuery and other GCP services for backend development, ETL processes, and data integration. Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards (code quality, security, performance). Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance technical skills. Coordinate with backend and frontend BI developers during solution implementation. Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business requirements. Communicate technical aspects clearly to stakeholders and customers. Stay updated on BI trends and emerging technologies. Share knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Strong expertise in Power BI, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery). Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling. Knowledge of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Familiarity with other BI tools and advanced analytics is a plus. Experience with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
