About the role
Qualifications: What we’re looking for: 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting finance /sales applications. (must haves) Strong Excel skills and comfortable handling and analyzing data. BI knowledge is required — solid experience with reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools (e.g. SAP BO, SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel. Good understanding of finance or sales processes. Strong communication skills — you’ll interact with business, IT, and data teams. Reliable, autonomous, and able to take ownership of topics from start to finish. Nice to have (but not required) : Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms. SQL or data querying experience. Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and master data management.
