JOB DESCRIPTION AI Training School | Karachi, Pakistan | Full-Time DepartmentOperations & Strategy Reporting ToSchool Director / COO LocationKarachi - Remote Contract TypeFull-Time Permanent Experience4 – 6 years preferred; exceptional fresh graduates considered KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Process Mapping — Document all operational workflows across finance, admin, student management, and HR. Identify bottlenecks and manual processes ripe for automation. 2. Bank Reconciliation Automation — Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to automate our bank reconciliation process end-to-end. 3. AI Software Evaluation — Research and shortlist best-in-class AI tools across LMS, CRM, ERP, accounting, and operations. Present a scored comparison with licensing costs and ROI estimates. 4. Dashboard & Reporting — Build live management dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) covering enrollment, revenue, attendance, and certification pass rates. 5. Automation Implementation — Design and deploy workflow automations using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual admin tasks. 6. Data Standards — Establish data collection, storage, naming, and reporting standards across all departments from Day 1. 7. Vendor Management — Evaluate software vendors, negotiate trial licenses, manage relationships, and present recommendations to management. 8. ROI Tracking — Measure and report the cost and time savings from each automation initiative quarterly.
