BI Analyst Leader

📋 Description Lead business performance analysis across products. Collaborate with Product, Ops and Growth to extract insights. Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports. Track KPIs across funnels, transactions, and product usage. Conduct competitive analysis in cross-border space. Communicate findings and strategy to stakeholders in English. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-5+ years in business analysis; 3+ years in Internet/cross-border products. Strong understanding of cross-border product models. SQL, Excel, and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker). Experience with Python or R for modeling or stats is a plus. Excellent English communication; simplify data for executives. Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, decentralized environments.
