📋 Description Troubleshoot and repair BAS control systems and field devices. Diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues. Perform preventative maintenance and service agreement inspections. Support controller replacements, upgrades, migrations, and system expansions. Validate sequences of operation and optimize system performance. Assist with commissioning, retro-commissioning, and startup activities. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of BAS service experience. Strong HVAC troubleshooting knowledge. Experience reading control drawings and sequences of operation. Experience commissioning and servicing DDC systems.
