Backend Tech Lead

📋 Description Own delivery and operation of high-impact backend systems from architecture to production. Set and evolve backend processes, engineering standards, and best practices. Define and actively use KPIs for reliability, speed, data quality, and errors. Make system-level architectural decisions and tradeoffs with impact awareness. Establish automated testing and validation to reduce regressions and risk. Introduce AI-assisted development workflows with validation and safety. Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions across engineering and product. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years building and maintaining with AWS Demonstrable experience delivering backend systems in production Strong experience building backend services for mobile apps (iOS/Android) Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript Strong understanding of modern React frameworks Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
