📋 Description Own backend capabilities end-to-end across authentication, identity, and key controls Partner with Product, GTM, security, and infra to lead cross-functional programs Design developer-facing APIs with reliable behavior and safe defaults Build, operate, and debug reliable backend systems across databases, streaming, and routing Lead cross-functional initiatives from design through launch and iteration 🎯 Requirements 9+ years of professional backend/platform engineering experience Proven track record shipping API or enterprise platform capabilities Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with product, GTM, security, infra Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, or similar Experience with distributed systems, databases, streaming, routing, authentication/identity Strong communication and developer empathy; turn ambiguity into decisions
