📋 Description Define backend strategy, roadmap, and architecture aligned to business needs. Oversee full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance. Lead core modules: trading, payments, user/assets mgmt, risk, API gateway. Drive DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation. Ensure security and regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery planning. Build and manage a high-performance backend team with clear OKRs. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in backend development; 5+ years in senior backend mgmt; fintech preferred. Proficient in Java/Go/Python/Node.js; strong in microservices and distributed systems. Excellent architecture design for scalable, high-availability backends. Security-focused with crypto/compliance experience. Familiar with DevOps: CI/CD, containers; Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Prometheus.
