Backend Engineer III (Golang, Distributed, High Scale)

📋 Description Design and implement Go microservices and APIs in a distributed architecture. Build and operate Journey Builder/workflow orchestration components. Develop stateful, long-running workflows with branching, retries, and recovery. Implement routing, decision, and event-correlation with idempotency guarantees. Create event-driven pipelines using Kafka, SQS, or SNS. Manage workflow state and data in PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis on AWS. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production-grade systems. Strong proficiency in Golang and REST APIs / microservices. Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven design. Experience building workflow engines, orchestration layers, or state machines. Hands-on with asynchronous processing, retries, deduplication, and failure recovery.
