Backend Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and operate backend services powering growth experiments in Python, Kotlin, and/or Go. Implement AB tests, feature flags, and experiment infrastructure to validate hypotheses quickly. Collaborate with Product, Design, iOS, Android, Web, and Data to ship experiments driving growth. Balance speed with quality: write clean, testable code. Improve reliability and observability via automated testing, logging, alerts, and incidents. 🎯 Requirements Backend development experience in Python, Kotlin (or Java), or Go. Experience building and operating production services at scale. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases, REST APIs, and CI/CD. Comfort with experimentation infrastructure: A/B testing, feature flags, or similar. Strong ownership mindset and proactive, curious, shipping-focused attitude.
