Backend Engineer

📋 Description Work on backend app development, algorithms, system design, and production services. Work on cutting-edge stack: Java, Spring, Redis, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, AWS. Design abstractions to minimize custom code across diverse business needs. Integrate data from multiple systems and manage many moving parts. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing; seek cross-team innovation. Early team member shaping engineering culture and the product. 🎯 Requirements A great problem solver passionate about the craft of building software. Has a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems. Has at least 3 years of experience in software engineering. Experience with the above-mentioned stack would be helpful but is not necessary. Aspiring, self-driven, and proactive. Has excellent communication skills.
