Backend Engineer

📋 Description Lead architectural design and end-to-end development of the core cross-border platform. Spearhead integrations with international payment rails, banks, LPMs, and card networks. Optimize performance, availability, and latency for distributed transactions. Collaborate with risk, finance, compliance, and product teams. Architect anti-fund-loss frameworks and automated reconciliation. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years Java development; 2+ years in architecture and distributed systems. 2+ years building/maintaining cross-border payment infrastructure. Led end-to-end lifecycle of a core payment platform (acquiring, clearing, settlement). Experience with capital protection and fund-loss mitigation, incl. reconciliation. Experience integrating with international rails, banking APIs, LPMs, and card networks.
