Top 3 Reasons To Join Us The Job JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a talented Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our technical team and contribute to the development and scaling of our web and mobile backend systems. In this role, you will be directly involved in system architecture design , performance optimization , security , scalability , and the application of AI tools in the software development lifecycle. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js Design and build RESTful APIs , Microservices , and Realtime systems (WebSocket) Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) Collaborate closely with Frontend, Product, and QA teams Optimize system performance, security, and scalability Participate in code reviews, refactoring , and technical discussions Apply AI tools in coding, debugging, testing, and technical documentation Follow and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows Your Skills and Experience Must-have Strong experience with Node.js Solid knowledge of RESTful API , Microservices , and WebSocket Experience with PostgreSQL và Redis 3+ years of backend development experience Hands-on experience with production systems Understanding of CI/CD and Git workflow AI Tool Experience Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor Ability to apply AI for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation Nice to Have Basic frontend knowledge, Next.js Experience in tourism / e-commerce / booking systems Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda) Proficient in AI-assisted software development (Vibe Coding) using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT Soft Skills Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership Fast learner with high adaptability Good communication skills within engineering teams Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary up to $1200 per month + bonuses Full benefits: Social Insurance, annual leave, team building, company trips International, young, and multicultural environment Opportunity to work on real-world systems with real technical complexity AI-first engineering culture Clear technical and career development roadmap Flexible working hours: 08:00 –17:00 or 09:00 –18:00 - Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
