Design and implement coding tasks for an AI lab on a project basis.
📋 Description Design multi-file coding tasks across bugs, features, and refactors Write clear natural-language specs and reference implementations Develop and extend unit and integration test suites Review peer submissions for correctness and clarity Identify edge cases and potential failure modes Ensure alignment of specs, code, and outputs 🎯 Requirements Advanced professional written proficiency in English 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go Backend or production-grade development experience Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing) Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases 🎁 Benefits Part-time, project-based engagement Remote work with flexible schedule Control over tools and side projects Per-project compensation; hourly estimates
