Backend Developer (Golang)

Client Our client is a digital platform provider. Project overview You will work on a product led SaaS platform focused on creating interactive and conversational digital experiences for businesses. The platform enables users to build engaging forms and surveys through features such as logic branching, workflow automation, payment enabled forms, and AI powered form generation. The project supports scalable data collection and helps companies optimize lead generation and workflow processes. Position overview In this role, you will improve and maintain existing backend services written in Go, support the development of data driven features, and contribute to the evolution of the platform infrastructure. You will investigate and assess technical approaches independently, build agentic components, and work with AI assisted development workflows. This position provides opportunities to influence backend architecture and extend the platform with scalable and reliable services. Responsibilities Maintain and improve existing backend services written in Go Design schemas, optimize queries, and manage safe database migrations in PostgreSQL Develop backend logic and agentic components for automation and workflow execution Build and maintain MCP servers and related tooling Investigate technical approaches and propose alternatives for solving platform challenges Use AI coding agents to accelerate development and deliver working solutions Collaborate with product and engineering contributors on feature design and implementation Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Support integration efforts across frontend, backend, and infrastructure components Requirements Experience developing backend services using Go Experience working with PostgreSQL including schema design, performance tuning, and migration management Experience building agents, agentic tools, or MCP servers Ability to independently analyze problems and evaluate technical solutions Comfort using AI coding agents to support development workflows Experience working with relational databases and backend service development Experience participating in Agile development teams Fluency in English for documentation and collaboration Nice to have Experience with AgentCore Experience with Python or Node.js for backend work Experience building frontend features using React Experience working with cloud environments or CI CD pipelines What We Offer: Vacation days : Up to 26 business days per year. 10 illness/special days off per year (fully paid, no medical papers needed) for all contract types Health and life insurance (Luxmed) MyBenefit platform with Multisport option Internal psychological support service English language classes from the first working day Access to external learning platforms : O’Reilly, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and a wide catalog of diverse internal training Flexible workplace : work from the office, from home, or choose a hybrid option Tech Skills Mentoring Program Opportunities to develop as a public speaker, mentor, or technical interviewer Fully paid idle (bench) when not involved in a project Certification reimbursement (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, etc.)
