📋 Description Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixes, features, refactor Write clear natural-language specs and reference implementations Develop and extend unit and integration test suites Review peer tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism Identify edge cases and potential failure modes Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and outputs 🎯 Requirements Advanced English proficiency 3–7 years software engineering experience Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java/C#/Go Backend or full-stack development in production systems Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit) Debugging large multi-file codebases and code reviews/refactoring/migrations 🎁 Benefits Part-time, project-based engagement Remote work with flexible schedule Consultants provide their own tools Control your own schedule, and may work for multiple clients Per-project compensation with hourly estimates
