Back-End Engineer (Python)

📋 Description Join cross-functional squads to build the Employer of Record platform. Remote-first team across Asia and Europe with async time-zone collaboration. Participate in the full implementation cycle and own your work as you grow. Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as standard. Collaborate with Engineers and Product Manager to plan and implement new features.
