Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies. Experience with project management methodologies. Background in IT outsourcing companies Preferred skills and experiences: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other IIBA certifications. Experience with agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in a senior business analyst role within the IT industry. Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement. Experience in supporting solutioning during the project presales phase.
